From Seaglass Rose from Monterey County is one of the best values in the market today. Grapes are sourced from northern Monterey where cool breezes and fog blowing in from the Pacific Ocean, allow the grapes to ripen slowly and evenly as they develop the delicate fragrances, silky structure, bright acidity and complex flavors. Crafted in a minimalist style to show off the wine's bright, fresh flavors, pretty aromas and lovely pale pink color, winemakers use a gentle touch from start to finish. The wine is composed entirely of free run juice with no pressed grapes at all, resulting in a softer-styled, lighter-bodied wine. To preserve the wine's delicate fragrance and crisp acidity, winemakers forego malolactic fermentation. Instead, the wine is cold fermented in stainless steel to capture the purest expression of fruit, 49% Pinot Noir, 29% Grenache, 22% Syrah.

This wine was a Platinum Award winner at the  2020 Monterey International Wine Competition with a 91 point score. They said "A fresh, dry rosé that’s waiting for summer fun.  Strawberry, citrus and bay leaf aromas and flavors show just a little spritz so close to bottling, and it adds a zesty freshness to the proceedings.  I appreciate the dry character here – well done!"

Our 2015 Chardonnay embodies the classic Napa Valley Chardonnay style— brimming with aromas of baked apple, ripe pear, caramel and toasted pastry. Silky and round on the palate, the wine’s lingering honeyed finish shows soft crème brulée notes and nice acidity. This is the perfect wine to pair with a Camembert French cheese plate drizzled with local honey and almond halves, or with panna cotta topped with fresh berries for dessert.
