Each month, we will offer a carefully curated selection of award winning wines.  Whether you prefer, red, white, bubbly or something nontraditional, you’re sure to find a wine or two that you love.  You can take it home to drink or give as a gift or we will be happy to pour it with no corkage fee for you and your guests to enjoy in our restaurant whether you are enjoying a fine dinner in our dining room or snacking on tasty appetizers at the bar.

This EU certified organic and Demeter certified biodynamic bottling hails from vineyards located just west of Ribera del Duero, in the region of Castilla y Leon in central Spain. A blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Garnacha, Syrah, Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and the white grape Albillo, this is floral, very fresh stuff boasting a bright purple hue and showing layers of clean black plum, blackberry and raspberry fruit. This wine was fermented with wild yeasts and aged in a combination of neutral barrel, stainless steel and concrete eggs.

Lamb and pistachio patties with sumac yogurt sauce

This 100% Chardonnay - Ripe peach, crisp apple, lemon curd, warm spices and toasty oak on the nose are accentuated by stone fruit and vanilla on the palate. Balanced acidity is complimented by a creamy finish laced with spiced pear.

The Terra dOro 2007 Rosé embodies balance. A somewhat brisk acidity is balanced by intense fruitiness. Flavors of melon, grapefruit,and peach are dusted with cardamom spice and orange peel. The delicacy of the citrus and melon aromas are not encumbered by heady alcohol. Rosénever met a dish it didnt agree with. When pairing such a friendly-food wine, go a little crazy. Serve the Terra dOro 2007 Roséwith super spicy Thai and Indian curry dishes or acidic ceviche and grilled shrimp with cilantro lime dressing.

Color: Ruby red with purple highlights Aroma: Delicate yet persistent violet notes typical of Sangiovese wines. Deep fruity plum flavors with intense sweet cherry leading to a lightly spicy finish. Tasting profile: Medium-bodied and easy to drink, this wine presents a harmonious balance of freshness and a lingering finish. Pairing: As a young Sangiovese, this wine pairs beautifully with a wide variety of traditional Tuscan and Italian dishes, such as ravioli, margherita pizza, or beef carpaccio. Its low alcohol and bright acidity make it a great pairing for international favorites such as a classic hamburger or tacos.

Smooth and elegant red wine made from Montepulciano grapes grown in the Abruzzo region in central Italy. The rugged, hilly terrain of the Apennine Mountains provides the firm character for this excellent wine.

Carletto Montepulciano D'Abruzzo boasts a ruby red color and bold inviting aromas of cherry and spices that explode from the glass to offer a fine, fresh, and well-orchestrated palate. A perfect complement to soups, cheese, grilled meats and spicy sauces.
