An easy, light-bodied Pinot that combines ripe red berry and mushroom notes with savory spices. Acidity on the palate is bright and fresh, balancing ripe, plush berries. Tannins are virtually nonexistent.
Awards: Wine Enthusiast 89 - Critical Acclaim
This wine smells gorgeously fruity, tastes ripe and pure like freshly cut apples and Bosc pears, and has a good crisp texture balanced by medium body. A touch of sweetness emerges on the finish.
Awards: 95 Points, Chairman's Trophy | Great Value - 2019 Ultimate Wine Challenge
Our delicate rosé shows a pale pink hue in the glass, while the nose brims with aromas of white peach and apricot. The fresh, vibrant palate offers flavors of strawberry and tart cranberry, framed by crisp acidity—perfect for kicking back with friends on a sunny afternoon.
Light, peachy and fresh, this pale-colored wine smells of peach skin and orange zest, has a sweet-tart impression on the palate and a soft finish.
Flavors of red cherry and anise, with a hint of vanilla, abound in this Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine is well balanced, with medium tannin, a smooth mid-palate and a spicy, coffee finish.
Full bodied but balanced, this wine has a dark ruby color, and an incredible nose that smells very much of the vineyard’s wild garrigue surroundings so typical in the South of France — lavender, rosemary, and thyme — as well as ripe red and black berries. The noticeable acid makes the mouth water on the first sip, with great fruit flavor, with fennel, black cherry and raspberry. This wine is ready to drink, but can age longer than most Syrah blends, and is perfect for meats, cheeses, sauces, and ripe fruit.
Full bodied but still crisp, this wine has a bright gold color, a nose with both citrus and grapefruit notes, and hints of honey and pear. Both bright and yet rich, fresh and yet acidic, the aromatics give a faint hint of the sea, which lies not too far from where the grapes are grown. The flavor is downright elegant, while remaining easy to drink, and it is perfect for raw seafood like sushi or shellfish, and yet balanced enough to serve with poultry and lighter meats.
80% Sauvignon Blanc, and 10% each of Roussanne and Marsanne, added for floral and herbal notes, these grapes are grown biodynamically and farmed organically across 25 hectares. While technically not part of the Pic Saint-Loup A.O.C., these grapes are still from the same valley, sitting among oak trees and fields of heather on sandy, calcareous soil with deposits of lime and chalk left behind from the pre-historic alluvial plain they sit atop. These grapes are hand-picked and harvest destalked, and then the wine is made from free-run juice and slow pressed must.
