Each month, we will offer a carefully curated selection of award winning wines.  Whether you prefer, red, white, bubbly or something nontraditional, you’re sure to find a wine or two that you love.  You can take it home to drink or give as a gift or we will be happy to pour it with no corkage fee for you and your guests to enjoy in our restaurant whether you are enjoying a fine dinner in our dining room or snacking on tasty appetizers at the bar.

This 100% Chardonnay was sourced primarily from Lake County, with some fruit from Lodi/Clarksburg. The pleasant, delicate scents of lemon and lime are heightened with white floral tones. The palate has a creamy base, with a shock of acidity that lifts the crispness level and opens up to Yellow Delicious apple and Asian pear notes. The keen minerality follows through on the finish.

Bright dark inky red in color with aromas of blackberry, vanilla and chocolate. Blueberry pie, truffles, plum jam, custard and mocha with spicy aged tones and a soft ripe tantalising finish from the Brandy tempered oak.

ITALY MOSCATO

Our Moscato comes from Italy’s renowned Tre Venezie region where we found incredibly lush, flavorful grapes for this sweet, fruit-forward wine. Delicate floral aromas of jasmine, hibiscus and wildflowers complement the enticing flavors of melon, honeysuckle and orange blossom, leading to a refreshing, zesty finish. Enjoy as a summertime sipper paired with vanilla ice cream, yogurt granola parfait or strawberry cheesecake.

Maturation: In two year old oak barrels for 6-8 months.

Description:  It is an intense ruby red color with a very concentrated red berry bouquet that finishes with hints of
vanilla. On the palate, it is well-balanced and smooth with delicate tannins and a persistent finish. 

Food Pairing:  A base Chianti with a good nerve, enjoy it with pizza, pasta with red sauce, charcuterie,
grilled meats, Fettuccine Alfredo, and Spaghetti Carbonara.
